National Minimum wage increases from 1st April 2018

Current rates

These rates are for the National Living Wage and the National Minimum Wage. The rates change every April.

Apprentices

Apprentices are entitled to the apprentice rate if they’re either:

  • aged under 19
  • aged 19 or over and in the first year of their apprenticeship

If we prepare your payroll we will ensure that these rates are implemented from 1 April 2018.

Increase in Auto Enrollment Pension rates from 1st April 2018

Minimum workplace pension contributions increase from 1st April 2018

If we administer your payroll we will automatically increase the rates as above from 1 April 2018 and your staff will receive letters or emails regarding the increase.If you do administer your own auto enrollment pension scheme, you may need to up date your payroll software to reflect the above increase in rates.Please contact us if you require assistance.
